The people behind YOURS.

Property is personal.
So is our approach.

YOURS. brings commercial thinking and genuine care to the same table. We believe the strongest representation starts with listening properly, speaking honestly and never losing sight of who the purchase is for.

Founder & Buyer's Agent

Jaihden Mourtzis

Inner West business owner, buyer's agent and natural connector, Jaihden built YOURS. around one simple belief: buyers deserve to feel informed, protected and genuinely understood.

Property has been part of Jaihden's world since long before she entered buyer's advocacy. Raised around real estate, property development and business, she developed an instinctive understanding of value, negotiation and what makes an opportunity worth pursuing.

Before founding YOURS., Jaihden built and operated successful hair salons in the Inner West. That experience sharpened her commercial judgement, taught her how to lead under pressure and created deep relationships across the community. She knows the streets, the people and the subtle differences between neighbouring pockets because she has lived and worked among them.

Jaihden is warm, direct and fiercely protective of her clients' interests. She listens for what is being said and what is not, asks the questions others overlook and is never afraid to advise a client to walk away. Her role is not to sell a property. It is to help YOURS. clients make a clear, confident decision they will still feel good about long after settlement.
